Some sites like Gmail and Outlook have different inboxes and sometimes Mobilize can get filtered away by the email account settings

If they are ending up in these folders, check out this article to ensure you are getting all the emails also- check your blocked senders list

If you still can't find the emails from your community, contact your community manager
