Members can reset their own password easily and on their own. Managers can also help if you choose. 

Anyone can reset their password at https://app.mobilize.io/users/password/new (note: if you are currently logged into your community you will need to visit your personal settings)

You can also visit that page as a manager, and enter the member's email address who needs a new password. 

This page will trigger an email to complete the process to create a new password.

You can also find your Mobilize community easily through the Find Your Community button on www.mobilize.io.

You can then enter your email address (or your member's email address) on this page to prompt an email to that email address, which will help you log into Mobilize.

Finally, you can reset your password from inside the platform at any time. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your page and then select Settings. 

Then select Reset Password in your Account Settings page.
